We understand that this is your home, and we want to ensure that our care adapts to your needs. That’s why we have a resident-centered model of care for assisted living services tailored to meet your individual needs. We are excited to expand into more levels of assisted living care and services for new and existing residents. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of care for each of our residents, and we will continue to do so with compassion and understanding through this new service.
This spring, our Haven Drive campus will offer expanded assisted living care and services designed to help you maintain your independence while providing the level of care you need. Whether you need assistance with a mechanical lift or one-to-two staff member transfer and mobility, we are here to help. We will also be able to meet the needs for more extensive assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Examples include Foley catheter care, tube feedings, and wound treatment and management. Residents within the expanded assisted living level of care will be able to take advantage of the many amenities that Pine Haven has to offer all residents. Indoor and outdoor spaces are welcoming, and safe, and will be waiting for you to explore!

Our goal is to provide the care and services that you need at the level that you need, while also helping you maintain your independence. We are pleased to offer therapy services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, to new and current residents across all levels of care, including within our expanded assisted living. Our rehabilitation therapy is tailored to meet your unique needs and will be determined through proper assessments to help you reach your goals.
