We understand that this is your home, and we want to ensure that our care adapts to your needs. That’s why we have a resident-centered model of care for assisted living services tailored to meet your individual needs. We are excited to expand into more levels of assisted living care and services for new and existing residents. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of care for each of our residents, and we will continue to do so with compassion and understanding through this new service.
Our Haven Drive campus now offers expanded assisted living care and services designed to help you maintain your independence while providing the level of care you need. Whether it’s assistance with a mechanical lift or one-to-two staff member transfer and mobility, we are here to help. We will also be able to meet the needs for more extensive assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Examples include Foley catheter care, tube feedings, and wound treatment and management.
Residents within the expanded assisted living level of care are able to take advantage of the many amenities that Pine Haven has to offer. Indoor and outdoor spaces are welcoming, safe, and will be waiting for you to explore!
