Our Oostburg campus is located at 701 Pine Drive in Oostburg, at the corner of North 12th Street and Holland-Lima Road.

Pine Haven takes great pride in the food we serve to our residents. Meals are served in our dining rooms which provide a restaurant-style setting and meal times are flexible.
Some of our programming includes: brain games, offsite trips, musical entertainment, bible studies, hymn sings, baking activities, crafts, and of course bingo.
Our Oostburg campus is licensed as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). There are 30 assisted living rooms, in four different sizes:
