Panini #1: Frog and Toad: Two Fried Eggs, Swiss or American Cheese, Spinach, Red Onion, Tomato, Mayo, Dijon Mustard.

Panini #2: Muenster in my Lunchbox:  Cream Cheese, American Cheese, Provolone Cheese, Muenster Cheese. Grilled on Garlic-Buttered Bread and Dusted with Parmesan. Served with Marinara.

Panini #3: Pesto-is-the-Besto: Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced Tomato, Pesto Sauce. Add Turkey If You Like.

Panini #4: Spinach and Ricotta: Spinach, Garlic, Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Italian Spices.
