Pine Haven has professional and ongoing relationships with local hospice providers. Along with Pine Haven’s care team, our hospice partners can provide the appropriate care, comfort, and compassion to our residents within the living environment they are most comfortable.
Hospice is an additional level of care and support for individuals with life-limiting conditions. This level of care provides medical care and support to enhance the quality of life.
At Pine Haven Christian Communities, we collaborate with compassionate and local hospice agencies to ensure that we provide care and heartfelt prayer when you need it most. Our collaborative team approach works with you and your loved ones to provide your needs and wishes during this journey.
Our Haven Drive campus is located at 220 Haven Dr., Sheboygan Falls, just south of Highway 23 and west of Highway 32.
Our Giddings Avenue campus is located at 531 Giddings Avenue in Sheboygan Falls, just north of Highway 28 on Highway 32.
Our Oostburg campus is located at 701 Pine Drive in Oostburg, at the corner of North 12th Street and Holland-Lima Road.
