Specialized Staff Training
Every member of our team completes advanced dementia education through Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach® to Care.
Our staff also participate in a Virtual Dementia Tour, allowing them to better understand the lived experience of memory loss. This perspective shapes how we communicate, redirect, and respond — always with empathy and respect.
