Spacious apartments with all utilities included are provided with our supported independent living services. Pine Haven provides this level of care to help you maintain your independence.
The Supported Independent Living level of care provides seniors with meals, housekeeping, and activity programming. Our rate structure is based on the level of care determined by the assessment that Pine Haven provides. It may also include medication administration, care, and support. Suppose a resident's needs begin to include more assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, additional nursing and aide cares, or a general need for more staff care. Then, residents can move within the Continuum of Care to Pine Haven’s Assisted Living Programs.
There are staff onsite 24/7, so they’re there when you need them, to provide supportive, personal, and nursing services that will help you live your life. There is a call system in every room, and wearable pendants for every resident—just to ensure your safety.
Our rate structure is based on hours of service that will be customized around your specific needs. Services like medication administration, assistance with personal care, and nurse supervision are offered.
A Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) is the next step in care for a senior retirement community. It is a type of assisted living, where assistance is minimal. Residents have their own, private apartment and are typically independent. Residents may receive up to 28 hours of assistance each week, including things like housekeeping, transportation, assistance with dressing or bathing, and medication administration. These types of communities are best for those who want to maintain their independence but may have some health concerns that do not require regular nursing care.
