Our staff at Pine Haven Christian Communities recognize that this is your home. We work with that understanding, knowing that our care must adapt to your needs. That's why we have adopted a "resident-centered" model of care. Staff work together as a family to take care of the needs of every resident, ensuring the household functions as it should, without being intrusive. We've empowered our staff to do what it takes to make sure you feel right at home.
Seniors with assisted living services are provided with extra personalized care while living in a residential setting. Pine Haven’s multiple levels of Assisted Living Programs are located at our Oostburg, Haven Drive, and Giddings Avenue Campuses. Our Giddings and Haven Drive campuses can provide low to high acuity care and support, while our Oostburg Campus can provide low to mid acuity care and support. Residents may move within our continuum of care as individuals’ needs exceed the level of care offered in a program.
We also offer a la carte services—for services you may need only occasionally or which may be optional based upon your preferences. Some of these include:
There is a wide variety of community-based residential facilities or CBRF—from private apartments to more open settings. When people speak of assisted living, they typically refer to this type of facility. Residents who live here can receive up to three hours per week of nursing care. This type of community is best for those who may have more difficulties with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, eating, toileting, etc. Residents in these communities may be very independent and need minimal assistance with physical tasks each day, or they may be in greater need of monitoring and care—up to an intermediate level of nursing care. Like Pine Haven, most CBRFs feature regular activities and have onsite amenities like a salon and transportation.
The staff do an excellent job! The help is always there when I need it.
People are active around campus. I enjoy using the walking paths and watching the wildlife in our backyard.

Our Haven Drive campus is located at 220 Haven Dr., Sheboygan Falls, just south of Highway 23 and west of Highway 32.
Our Giddings Avenue campus is located at 531 Giddings Avenue in Sheboygan Falls, just north of Highway 28 on Highway 32.
Our Oostburg campus is located at 701 Pine Drive in Oostburg, at the corner of North 12th Street and Holland-Lima Road.
