Your New Home
You have your choice of three apartment sizes ranging
from 328 to 672 square feet. The larger apartment has a second
bedroom. Each apartment has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave,
ample kitchen cabinet space, window treatments, private bathroom, and
central air. The entire facility, including every apartment, is
handicap accessible.
Even though each apartment includes a kitchenette; a
meal plan is included so you don't need to bother with cooking.
Joining the other residents for mealtime is also a nice way to enjoy
fellowship and get to know your neighbors.
Amenities for Your Comfort
The beautiful stone fireplace and rich woodwork of the grand lobby are a
warm welcome to your new home. Within our community, you'll find many
ways to stay active and involved. Whether it's a social event like
a holiday celebration, card games, or reading a book by the fireplace,
there are many activity options to enjoy. For your meal plan, you'll
enjoy dining with the neighbors. The activity room includes a
large kitchen which you are welcome to use for baking and special
entertaining of guests.
Services for Great Care To assure you the opportunity to
maintain regular exercise, we encourage you to participate in scheduled
exercise classes led by a staff member. For a haircut, style, and
other beauty services, the onsite beauty salon/barber shop is very
convenient. Pine Haven-Oostburg is licensed to provide supportive,
personal, and nursing services. A monthly fee includes a variety
of services. Our rate sheet details the current offerings.
Should you require additional services, they are available as a package
or ala carte. When you move here, we offer assistance to help you get
settled. This may include hanging pictures, arranging furniture,
or anything else the will help your move go smoothly. Our staff works
quietly behind the scenes to provide around the clock security and fire
protection including nighttime security checks for added peace of mind. |
