Lynn Muth-Berg Joins Pine Haven Christian Home
As Director of Human Resources
Sheboygan Falls, WI -- Lynn Muth-Berg
was recently hired as the Director of Human Resources at Pine Haven
Christian Home. She will oversee all employment issues for the Residential
Center, Nursing Home, and for the new Prairie Crossing assisted living
apartment complex which is on schedule to open late June.
Berg
brings a strong human resources background to Pine Haven. She has held HR
management positions with Kohler Company and Fresh Brands; and gained
benefit administration experience with Federal Mogul (formerly A E. Goetze),
and the Jabas Group. Berg earned a bachelor of science degree in health
promotion/wellness from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. She
continued her education at the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, earning
a certificate in Human Resources Management. She is also designated as a
Professional in Human Resources
Management through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Berg
serves on the Sheboygan County YMCA board of managers, and volunteers for
the United Way and Junior Achievement.

Home was opened in 1950 and expanded in 1992 to the current size of 71
residents in the skilled nursing home wing and 140 licensed rooms in the
residential center wing. While supported by eighteen local churches,
residents of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome. Pine Haven’s mission
is to provide quality, compassionate care in a Christian environment. The
