Pine Haven Christian Communities Announces New Hires
Sheboygan Falls, WI -- Lynnette Martineau has joined Pine Haven
Christian Communities as Director of Human Resources and Brenda Unhold, RN,
as the Manager for Prairie Crossing.
Martineau
earned a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Quality and a
bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Marian
College. Most recently she was the Human Resource Manager for MCC,
Inc. of Appleton. She continues to be an adjunct professor at Marian College
and teaches classes in compensation and benefits, and human resource
planning and recruiting. She has eleven years experience in human resource
management and also worked for four years as a certified nursing assistant.
She moved to the area from Appleton.
Martineau will oversee all employment issues for Pine Haven’s Residential
Center, Skilled Nursing Facility, Prairie Crossing assisted living
apartments, and their new facility Pine Haven - Oostburg once it is built.
“I was searching for a senior level position and when I did research on Pine
Haven was impressed with the scope of their facilities and solid employment
record,” says Martineau.
As
Manager of Prairie Crossing, Brenda Unhold will oversee the nursing care of
each resident and focus on the day-to-day operations of maintaining a high
quality living environment including coordinating resident activities and
communicating with family members.
Unhold had been a P.M. supervisor in Pine Haven’s Residential Center since
February 2006 and in the past year had assisted with case management
responsibilities. Unhold began her nursing career as a certified nursing
assistant which inspired her to earn an associate degree from Lakeshore
Technical College and become a registered nurse.
“I love what I do here,” said Unhold. “That assures I provide excellent care
and am dedicated to the health and well-being of each resident.”
Pine Haven Christian Home in Sheboygan Falls opened in 1950 and expanded in

newest addition to the community will be Pine Haven - Oostburg which is
currently under development. While Pine Haven Christian Communities are
