Chief Financial Officer:

  • Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for strategic and operational aspects of finance and accounting.  The CFO will partner with the CEO, Leadership Team, Finance Committee and Board of Directors to ensure Pine Haven Christian Communities meets its financial and business goals.  These functions will include developing annual operating and capital budgets; reviewing, interpreting and communicating financial reports for the Leadership Team, Finance Committee, Board of Directors and external parties; overseeing the long-term financial planning and analysis functions; analyzing new business and investment opportunities; identifying and analyzing financing alternatives; establishing accounting policies and ensuring financial reporting is in accordance with accepted accounting principles and complies with legal, audit and regulatory requirements; identifying insurance needs of the organization; monitoring all aspects of short-term funding needs; reviewing and approving governmental filings; ensuring compliance with bank and loan covenants; working with social services and residents and families regarding financial concerns.



Clinical Service Positions:

  • RN
    Responsibilities:  Within the scope of the individual's license: provide care to residents, assess residents as medical conditions change, communicate information with physicians and families as needed, medication administration, and provide guidance and direction to CNA staff on duty. Current Wisconsin RN license required.

    Responsibilities: Perform routine daily nursing care and services, such as personal care, feeding, and ambulation for residents in our skilled nursing or assisted living environments. Current Wisconsin CNA certification required.

  • RA (Resident Assistant)
    Responsibilities: Perform routine daily nursing care and services, such as personal care, feeding, and ambulation for residents in our assisted living environments. Prior experience providing direct care in a CBRF environment and participation in our RA-to-CNA Program are required.

  • Medication Assistant/CNA/RA
    Responsibilities: Performs CNA or RA duties as listed above, and assists nurse on duty with medication distribution.

  •  Health Information Clerk
    Responsibilities: Create and maintain new and existing resident charts, validate requests and authorizations for release of medical information according to established procedures and HIPAA guidelines,  provide information for audits for quality control,  scan paper charting to the electronic files, coordinate resident physician visits and obtain required documentation,  organizing, planning and managing health information in accordance with established policies and procedures,  work with business office to complete monthly billing with outside vendors, i.e. podiatrist, optometrist, dentist, audiologist.

  • Registered Dietitian
    Responsibilities: responsible for assessing, implementing, monitoring, and documenting nutritional care of residents, complete nutrition assessments, update care plans, attend care conferences, and provide nutrition interventions when necessary.  



Dining Services Positions:

  • Dining Services Assistant I

  • Responsibilities: Set up dining rooms, pour beverages for residents. May assist residents with menu selections. Deliver meals to residents at the table. Bus and wash tables. Wash dishes, pots, and pans. Assist with cleaning dining rooms and kitchens. May assist with transporting residents in wheelchairs to dining room. 

  • We are willing to train!
    Food service experience is a plus.

  • Dining Services Assistant II
  • Responsibilities: Same responsibilities as Dining Services Assistant I, plus: Re-therm (reheat) food that was blast-chilled or flash-frozen in our main kitchen to proper serving temperatures. Serve food in proper portions and according to any dietary restrictions. Assist with food preparation.
